Section 1

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the micky88 platform at micky88.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are required to stop using the micky88 platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "User") and micky88 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "We" or "micky88"). Member Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

micky88 operates under international licensing and complies with the applicable consumer protection requirements. To register and use the micky88 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• Aged 21 years or above at the time of registration
• An individual with full legal capacity to enter into a contract
• Not a resident of a country or territory that restricts access to online gambling services
• Not previously deactivated or banned from the micky88 platform

2.2 Registration Process

Each member is permitted only one (1) registered account. Registering more than one account by the same individual, whether using a different name, email address, mobile number or financial information, is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate and current information including your full name as per your identification document (MyKad or passport), an active Malaysian mobile number, a valid email address, and bank account or e-wallet details for transaction purposes.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

micky88 reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any stage. You may be asked to provide a copy of your MyKad or passport, a bank statement or proof of e-wallet ownership, and other supporting documents. Failure to complete the verification process may result in account suspension or transaction holds.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

micky88 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (direct transfer to bank account)
• Online banking via FPX (covering various local Malaysian banks)
• Cryptocurrencies: USDT, BTC and ETH

3.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. micky88 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits are generally credited to your gaming account within a short time depending on the method used. micky88 is not responsible for any delays caused by the bank or payment processor.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests will be processed by the micky88 finance team within 1 hour of approval. Withdrawals will only be approved to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances requiring approval from the support team. Members are responsible for ensuring that the account details provided are correct — micky88 does not bear any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the member.

3.4 Transaction Limits and Review

micky88 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that requires further review, including cases related to incomplete identity verification, any signs of suspicious activity, or violation of bonus terms that are active at that time.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New micky88 members are eligible for a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit up to RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by micky88 are subject to their specific terms and conditions. The following general terms apply to all types of bonuses:

• Each member is eligible for the welcome bonus once only
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash — they must first be cleared through the wagering requirement
• Bonus claims that use different payment methods within a short period may result in the claim being cancelled
• micky88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud
• Current promotional offers are subject to their individual terms as stated at the time of the promotion

Member Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Member Responsibilities

As a micky88 member, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. You must:

• Keep your password and account login details confidential
• Notify the micky88 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation
• Ensure that the personal information stored in your account is always accurate and up to date
• Use the micky88 platform for personal entertainment purposes only
• Comply with all game rules applicable to each product on the platform

5.2 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension or closure of the account, as well as appropriate legal action:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts or artificial methods to play
• Bonus abuse in any form, including hedge betting to meet wagering requirements
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
• Sharing or transferring account balances between members

• Using another person's identification details or financial information

Privacy, Data Security and Limitation of Liability

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the micky88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. You agree that micky88 may use your information for identity verification, transaction processing, marketing of our products and services (subject to your preferences), and compliance with international regulatory requirements.

6.2 Account Security

micky88 uses SSL encryption technology in all communications between your browser and our servers. Even so, password security and access to the account is entirely the member's responsibility. micky88 will not be liable for any loss arising from a member's failure to keep their login details confidential.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

micky88 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, micky88 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy or continued availability of the platform. micky88 accepts no liability for any indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.

6.4 Service Interruptions

micky88 works to keep the platform running without interruption. However, scheduled maintenance, system updates or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions. micky88 is not liable for any loss arising from such disruptions and will work to restore service as quickly as possible.

Section 7

Account Closure and Termination Policy

7.1 Closure by Member

You may close your micky88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all active wagering requirements must be completed and any eligible balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy.

7.2 Closure by micky88

micky88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has violated these Terms and Conditions. In cases of proven fraud, micky88 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances and report the case to the relevant authorities.

7.3 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which micky88 is registered under its international licence. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved through a recognised arbitration process or through a court of competent jurisdiction.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

micky88 reserves the right to modify, amend or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes made will take effect immediately upon being published on this website. It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest applicable rules.

Where there are material changes that significantly affect the rights and responsibilities of members, micky88 will endeavour to notify members via their registered email or a prominent notice within the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms.
