Play Smart at micky88
micky88 believes gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of stress. This page outlines our commitment to member safety, the self-control tools available, and guidance on recognising healthy gaming habits.
Six Principles of Responsible Gambling
Every design decision at micky88 takes member wellbeing into account. These are the main pillars of our approach.
Age Limit of 21
Gambling at micky88 is exclusively for individuals aged 21 and above. We verify age during the registration process and reserve the right to request additional proof at any time if there is any doubt.
Deposit Limit Setting
Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through account settings. These limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a set review period.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gambling is starting to affect your daily life, the self-exclusion option lets you close access to your account for a set period of time or permanently.
Play Time Reminders
The time reminder system helps you track the length of your gaming sessions. Set a time limit and receive a notification when it is nearly up so you always stay in control.
Loss Limits
Set the maximum loss amount you are comfortable with in a day, week or month. Once this limit is reached, the system automatically blocks further bets for that period.
Professional Support
The micky88 24/7 support team is available to help in Malay and English via live chat and email. We can also direct you to relevant external support organisations.
Tools You Control
All tools below can be activated on your own through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Control is in your hands.
Adjustable Deposit Limits
Set a maximum deposit amount that suits you. Any reduction in limits takes effect immediately, while increasing a limit requires a review period.
Flexible Self-Exclusion
Choose an exclusion period from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During this period, login and betting are fully blocked.
Temporary Account Break
Need a short break? The account break feature lets you pause gambling activity for a short period without permanently closing your account.
Unsubscribe from Promotions
Members who want to reduce gambling prompts can choose to stop receiving any promotional emails, bonus offers or campaign notifications.
Transaction History Review
View all deposit, withdrawal and betting records in your account at any time. Full transparency helps you make better-informed decisions.
Two-Step Verification
Enable two-step verification to protect your account from unauthorised access, ensuring only you can manage activity on that account.
Recognise Risky Habits
Problem gambling often develops gradually. Recognising early signs allows you to take action before it has a greater impact on your life.
Signs to Watch Out For
- Gambling longer or more often than planned
- Using money set aside for daily needs to gamble
- Trying to recover losses with larger bets
- Hiding gambling activity from family
- Feeling restless or irritable when not gambling
- Neglecting work or family responsibilities
- Borrowing money for gambling purposes
- Using gambling as an escape from stress
⚠️ If you recognise two or more of the signs above in yourself, consider reaching out to the micky88 support team or seeking professional help. Acknowledging a problem is the single most courageous first step you can take.
Gambling Under Control
These simple tips help you enjoy your experience at micky88 in a responsible and enjoyable way.
- Set a playing budget beforehand and stick to that limit without exception.
- Treat money set aside for gambling as an entertainment cost, not an investment.
- Do not gamble when you are stressed, feeling low or after consuming alcohol.
- Take regular breaks. Stepping away helps you make clearer decisions.
- Game outcomes are random. No strategy can consistently guarantee a win.
- Make sure gambling activity does not interfere with time spent with family, work or sleep.
micky88's Commitment to Members
micky88 operates under international licensing and adheres to strict responsible gambling standards. Our commitment goes beyond legal compliance — it reflects the core value of this platform that every member deserves a safe and controlled playing experience.
All member accounts are protected with an identity verification system. Members' personal information and financial data are stored to high security standards and are not shared with third parties without consent. Member trust is the asset we value most.
Age Limit and Verification
Access to the micky88 platform is only permitted to individuals who have reached the age of 21. During registration, members are required to verify their date of birth. micky88 reserves the right to request a copy of MyKad or a valid identification document at any time for age verification purposes. Accounts suspected of being owned by underage individuals will be suspended pending investigation, and funds will be returned in full if the suspicion proves unfounded.
Protection of Vulnerable Individuals
micky88 takes seriously its responsibility to protect those who may be more exposed to the risks of problem gambling. This includes offering easily accessible self-exclusion tools, providing links to external support resources, and ensuring our support team is trained to recognise signs that assistance may be needed.
Members who have activated self-exclusion will not receive any promotional communications from micky88 during the exclusion period. We believe that respecting members' decisions is part of our responsibility as an operator.
Transparency in Gaming
micky88 displays information on Return to Player (RTP) and volatility to help members understand the basic mechanics of games. Understanding these concepts allows you to make better-informed choices. Remember that all casino games — including slots, baccarat, roulette and sic bo — use independently audited random number generators (RNG) to ensure fairness.
The outcome of each round is independent and not influenced by previous results. No betting system or method can fundamentally change the mathematical edge of a game.

If you need assistance with account controls, self-exclusion or any concerns about your gambling habits or those of someone close to you, please contact the micky88 support team via live chat available 24/7 on this website, or by email at [email protected]. We communicate in Malay and English.
